The result of a long research work on the owner’s manuals, viewfinders is a collection of portraits where the protagonists seem "troubadours" of new "visions" through the simple gesture of holding the instrument. The shift in the traditional way of taking advantage of that window, of that interlocking gap of reality and imagination, which we call "viewfinder" ("viewfinder" in english), is the generator of an almost allegorical mystery. In the book form the series is collected in this dummy with references to a manual of only portraits that take back their space, floating and separating from the pages emptied from the instructions. Only a few sentences and words, rescued, lose their instrumental sense, assuming intellectual weight. M.G.
